THE COMPANY

The company NUEVOS BAÑOS DE MULA, S.L., is the owner of 380,493.67 m², of land in the village of Los Baños de Mula. This land is zoned by the P.G.M.O. as UBLE and NUR and represents plots 62, 63 and 111 of industrial estate 58. An urban planning agreement was signed with the Town Hall of Mula for the purpose of Touristic and Residential development, approved in a session dated December 18th, 2003 and published in the BORM on February 21st, 2004. The first development to arise from this agreement was a Special Plan, which was both initially and conclusively approved.
