The company NUEVOS BAÑOS DE MULA S.L. is the owner of a plot of more than 380,000m2 in the village of Los Baños de Mula with a development potential of 80,561.49m2. The 37º SPA RESORT BAÑOS DE MULA project has been created with the goal of developing the touristic and residential potential of the area. Its best endorsement is its URBAN PLANNING STATUS, which has been granted approval for a Tourism Complex Special Plan and initial approvals for its Action Programme and its Project for the Unnecessity of Reparcelling.


With this status, a development potential of 80,561.49m2 is permitted on a total plot of 413,303.15m2.

The plot is divided into two zoning types:

  • URBAN LAND for hotel, recreational and thermal use as well as equipment:
    • UNIT I: 58,170.45 m2 with a development potential of 0.4 m2/m2 = 22,268.18 m2.
    • UNIT II: 47,078.57 m2 with a development potential of 0.2 m2/m2 = 9,41.71 m2.

  • URBAN LAND SUBJECT TO A SPECIAL PLAN for touristic, residential use. A single unit of 308,054.13 m2 with a development potential of 0.15 m2/m2 = 47,387.60 m2.
